Help promote the countryside

Do you love getting out into the countryside? Would you like to help promote this pastime for others? The County Council is looking for volunteers to join The East Sussex Local Access Forum – an influential group working to improve public access to the countryside whilst protecting wildlife and the landscape.
The members of the Forum represent a wide range of interests including rights of way, farming and other countryside pursuits. They advise the County Council and other local and national organisations on a range of issues concerning people using the countryside for recreation.
The County Council is particularly keen for applications from people with an interest in horse riding and rural matters.
For more information or an application pack email rachel.solomons@eastsussex.gov.uk or call 0345 60 80 193.
